Got this text from my sister, Alicia; update on my mom's appointment with the eye specialist

Not good. Doc thinks she's had this for 2 months. Even after surgery she probably will have vision lost. She's going to have to wear patch for 2 mouths. Sleep on left side. And sit facing down. If she doesn't have surgery she goes blind.
